The MODIFIED Spyderco Delica 4 Lightweight K390 Knife is a new iteration of a classic everyday carry that features an ACID STONEWASH 2.90 inch wharncliffe blade made of Bohler-Uddeholm K390 tool steel, .098 inch thick. The ACID STONEWASHED blade has a full flat grind, a notched thumb ramp for secure grip, and the Spyderco Hole for ambidextrous one hand opening. The blue FRN (fiberglass nylon resin) handle has been given a black Rit Dye fade starting from the pivot. The dye steadily fades toward the acid stonewashed pocket clip which has also been heat colored. All hardware contrasts nicely with this bronze heat color. The Spyderco Delica 4 Lightweight K390 Knife has an overall open length of 7.15 inches, and it weighs 2.4 ounces. Made in Japan.

Manufactured by Böhler-Uddeholm, K390 MICROCLEAN® is a state-of-the-art cold work tool steel produced by the particle metallurgy process. Its advanced alloy mix was specifically developed to provide the extreme wear resistance and high compressive strength needed in industrial cutting, blanking, and punching operations. Despite its toughness, its exceptionally fine, homogeneous microstructure also makes it readily machinable and easy to heat treat.

Collectively, these qualities make K390 an outstanding blade material for true steel connoisseurs.
